The news choices are top stories, US news, World news, business, entertainment, sports, and BBC news.

Navigation is pretty simple. Select the news icon you would like to view, move up or down through news feeds with the uop & down buttons of the remote or with the scroll bar on a touch screen. Then scroll up or down through the feed in the same manner. An easy app to use that updates as yahoo does.
