Recluse AV Pty Ltd is delighted to announce its acquisition of Smart Systems Pty Ltd, a development that will substantially increase Recluse AV’s expertise and capacity in the design and installation of ‘electronic architecture’ and audio-visual solutions. Over the past 15 years, Smart Systems has earned a reputation as one of the leading automation and audio-visual engineering firms in Australia. Recluse AV is delighted to
be retaining the passion, expertise and reputation of previous owners Michael Staindl and Kay Wennagel in its expanded business.

Recluse AV specialises in what is increasingly being described in the building industry as ‘the fourth service’ – the integration of electronic architecture that includes everything from basics such as Security, Access Control, CCTV, Phone and Intercom, high speed Data, TV and other RF distribution, through Lighting Control and Energy Management through to the fun stuff such as distributed music, audio-visual
entertainment and dedicated full Home Theatre. Recluse AV Pty Ltd is part of the Adidem Group, which comprises a diverse range of Australian companies including The Body Shop Australia.
