2.1 is here!! Come on in and take a look.

After much testing and bug squashing 2.1 is here. While there will be some bugs still to squash, this is a much improved release over the 2.0.x versions.

-4store is now integrated in composer so any addition/updates get sent out to all navigators. Instead of having to do them one by one.

-certain processes on a controller are now automatically disabled if composer has no need for them. (for example a hc300 that isn’t bound as a navigator to a room. Navigator is automatically disabled. Before the navigator was still using a little cpu even when not in use, this eliminates that)

-to improve navigator performance all screensavers are synced with the same image at the same time with the same time interval that you set.

-Internet Radio stations (HTTP-streamed MP3 format) can be added as Channels using Composer’s Media manager. You can add them under the media tab, placing the url in the channel box. Then you can see the station listed under stations with the am/fm as long as the room has a path to an audio out of a controller.

-MyHomePC now supports 4Store apps.

-MyHomePC now supports local-language selection, and automatically loads the same language as the other Navigators configured in Composer.

- MyHomePC can now be launched in full-screen mode. This is enabled by adding—fullscreen as a startup parameter on the application’s properties.

-custom buttons are back on the main screen.

-change room interface is now lists the rooms in alphabetical order

-pool control is now available with the flash gui’s.

-Thermostat Vacation Mode can now be selected as a Hold mode through the Navigator.

-Thermostat exits Vacation mode when any setting is changed on the Thermostat or when the Hold mode is changed on the Navigator.

-Thermostat scale can now be changed on the interface by pressing the “°F | °C” button.

-Added ability to use alphanumeric quick jump on the Navigator when browsing content from a device connected via the Control4 Dock for iPod. This functionality is only supported on lists that are presented in alphabetic order: songs, albums, artists.

-can disable the auto play for drivers built using the dvd proxy. The auto play caused issues with the apple tv ir drivers for example.

-can use multiple email addresses via the email agent, each separated by comma ‘,’ semi-colon ‘;’ or colon ‘:’.

-Improved the UI for Security to allow multiple security panels within a project.

-Improved the DSC IT-100 security panel driver to support multiple partitions better.

-can now turn off the amber light on the sr250 version 2 from the lcd menu.

-added the patch that previously had to be added manually for 7 inch in walls that were periodically locking up.

-corrected an issue where some ip cameras wouldn’t display properly on the web navigator

-new firmware for the ipod dock to fix an issue where some ipods would lock up if left on the dock for an extended period of time.

-Corrected a problem where Media Info for movies was showing Director and Actor as N/A.

-Resolved various reported defects where the Play queue would clear before playing all songs (when in Shuffle mode) or would not shuffle properly

-navigator themes to be added to the app store in the near future
